Traveling Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee multi-family construction projects throughout Florida, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and on-site staff to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all project sites.
* Manage project schedules and timelines while addressing any issues that arise during construction.
* Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear, efficient project progress.
Traveling Superintendent Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction .
* Willingness to travel throughout Florida as required.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
