Position Overview:

• Our client seeks an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to enhance and support the ServiceNow platform.
• The consultant will work collaboratively with clients IT and endusers to implement backlog items improve system performance and ensure the platform meets business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ServiceNow configurations and implementations per clients requirements.
• Enhance and upgrade integrations particularly between ServiceNow and SharePoint.
• Analyze and address catalog changes enhancements and new requests.
• Maintain and update service portals and the employee center.
• Deliver comprehensive documentation including workflow designs and technical specifications.
• Provide training and user support for ServiceNow platform updates.
• Submit regular status reports and project updates.
• Address and resolve all assigned requests within the ServiceNow assignment group.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in ServiceNow development configurations and implementations.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ServiceNow modules integrations and customizations.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile Scrum or other project management frameworks.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and endusers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Documentation: Experience in creating detailed technical specifications and user training materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on government or public sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint integration with ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.

• Regular updates highlighting progress against defined milestones.
• Enhanced and operational ServiceNow platform meeting all enduser requirements.
