GROWTH COORDINATOR - This position would be great for a Fire-Fighter, Police Officer, Part Time/Shift Worker, Student/Intern

Primary Objectives
  • Develop a real estate network with top producing agencies, brokers, and agents in the market to make The Starnes Team of Pillar To Post Home Inspectors the most recognized and referred home inspection company
  • Acquire and retain top performing real estate agents through direct contact and brand awareness
  • Dramatically enhance Inspectors digital marketing footprint
  • Systems & service process development, implementation, and management
Primary Activities
  • Manage all growth activities including sales, marketing, social media, agent retention & more
  • Prepare and report on sales target goals to Leadership and be accountable to goals: weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually
  • Continuously develop social media and digital content to enhance brand awareness
  • Evaluate and improve lead management processes and systems to successfully manage leads to ensure optimal results
  • Successfully operate the Pillar To Post CE school for real estate agents
  • Lead and develop innovative real estate office sales presentations, events, and other marketing strategies
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings to report accountability measures & KPI’s
  • Gather field content for marketing purposes
  • Assist with expansion into future markets and business opportunities
  • Be available for after-hours rotation of phone calls, texts, and emails

Compensation * Hourly pay plus commission structure Job Type: Part-Time - possibly Full-Time Pay: $14,560 - $32,000.00 per year (depends on whether part time or full time) Benefits:
  • 401(k) after one year of employment
  • Health insurance - after one year of employment
  • Paid time off
Schedule:
  • 4-5 hour shift or 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed for events/open houses (rotating)
  • Evenings may be required with events
Experience: * Marketing, sales: 1 year (Required) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Required) Work Location: On the road/from home
