SUMMARY : Everest client is adding a Senior Treasury Analyst to work a hybrid schedule (remote Mondays and Fridays) in their Plano TX office. The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for cash forecasting, reconciling cash balances, and transferring cash. The Treasury team is also responsible for ensuring that payroll and payables payments are reliably made in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for supporting Treasury manager in ensuring day to day processing is completed timely, reliably, accurately, and consistently
· Serve as liaison between the Payroll, Shared Services and Treasury functions
· Manage weekly AP runs, ensuring payment approvals and supporting documentation are accurate
· Review outsourced payroll and AP/Treasury functions’ wire support, approve wires for release
· Review support for payroll related wires and key wires for approval and release once documentation meets standards and controls
· Complete daily bank account reconciliation process
· Identify necessary bank transfers and key bank to bank transfers to maintain appropriate cash balances
· Support cash forecasting reporting and process
· Act as a backup to the Treasury Manager
· Maintain user login groups ensuring bank access is available as appropriate
· Assist Entity Director’s and Treasury Manager in completing/processing documentation required by our banking partners
· Account maintenance including creating new bank accounts, closing accounts
· Manage Letters of credit
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
· Related experience in FP&A, Accounting or Treasury
· Strong analytical skills: forecasting experience a plus
· Advanced Excel Skills
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal – ability to deliver a clear, concise message based on audience
· Proven ability to work under pressure, plan and meet deadlines
· Experience in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment
· Oracle Fusion experience a plus
· JP Morgan and Citi Bank experience a plus
