Role Overview 

Job Title: Skin Health Educator
Location: Austin, TX
Department: Operations
Reports to: Skin Health Education Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

The Skin Health Educator is responsible for developing and implementing training programs designed to provide the skills and knowledge necessary for estheticians to render studio skin health services safely and effectively. The ideal candidate for this position is an aesthetician with experience in sales or sales management and is capable of inspiring others through effective education. The Skin Health Educator is dedicated to delivering top-notch education to foster the development and growth of the Restore system, following the policies and procedures set by Restore Corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate In-Person Restore Esthetic Training: 
• Conduct training sessions 1-2 times a month, with dates adjusted based on demand.
• Ongoing Support: 
• Provide education and assistance to studio locations within the Restore system, focusing on technique development, process implementation, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures. 
• Corporate Studio Support: 
• Serve as the liaison between Corporate studios and HQ team to support, train, and educate on Skin Health initiatives. 
• Host Virtual Meetings: 
• Facilitate and develop monthly. system-wide virtual calls with estheticians and studio managers. 
• Training Audits: 
• Ensure that new estheticians complete all required training, including e-learning and hands-on components. 
• Review video and photo submissions to assess estheticians’ techniques before they begin providing services.
• Material Development 
• Collaborate with the Manager of Skin Health Education to develop additional educational content where gaps are identified to support the system.

Requirements

• Certifications/Licenses: 

• Licensed esthetician, with minimum of 2 years of experience performing skincare treatments in a clinical setting. 
• Experience: 
• Advanced training in medical aesthetics, lasers, and energy-based devices is a plus.
• Experience in training or education is heavily preferred. 
• Skills and Abilities: 
• Proficient in performing and demonstrating mechanical and facial protocols.
• Professional, polished, and articulate in communication—recognized as a credible resource. 
• A dynamic and engaging speaker. Comfortable speaking to an audience, whether virtually or in-person. 
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with resellers and end users nationwide. 
• Understands the fundamentals of learning and development to drive new behavioral outcomes for business growth. 
• Capable of setting and achieving educational objectives for success.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on skin health projects.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Drive, Slides, and Chat
