Job Description
Seeking experienced, reliable supervisor for post-construction cleaning and janitorial services in the greater Philadelphia area. Attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to adhere to strict schedules required. Driver's license required.
On-Site Supervisor Duties:
- Be a capable crew leader
- Clean at a high level
- Drives workers to job site from the office
- Organize and delegate amongst the workers the cleaning duties included in the scope for the day
- Ensure the quality of work being done is up to standards set for the job
- Communicate with City Cleaning Management:
a. Receive scope of work
b. Report work status
c. Receive and return any necessary paperwork from client
d. Any staffing needs or time off
- Communicate with the Clients:
a. Receive scope of work
b. Review of completed work
c. Get work tickets signed
d. Give client Crew Leader contact in their absence
