Job Title: SEO Specialist
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,500 USD per month

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with 4+ hours EST overlap required

Job Description: 

We're seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to join our SEO and content Engine team. In this role, you'll work alongside a Content Strategist to deliver comprehensive organic search solutions for multiple high-growth clients. You'll be responsible for the technical optimization and performance of our clients' websites, ensuring maximum visibility in search engines while maintaining best practices in technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Audits: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and site speed metrics
• Technical Implementation: Handle schema markup, site architecture, and internal linking
• Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain SEO reporting dashboards and performance tracking
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with Content Strategist on comprehensive SEO strategies
• Client Management: Participate in client meetings and present technical recommendations

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in technical SEO with demonstrable results
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Tool Proficiency: Expert in Google Search Console, Analytics, and major SEO tools
• Communication: Excellent English proficiency for client interaction
• Technical Requirements:
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 20mbps upload/download
  • Modern computer capable of running multiple applications
  • Quiet, professional home office setup
  • Backup power solution

Technical Stack Proficiency:

• SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Screaming Frog
• PageSpeed Insights
• Schema markup tools
• Basic coding tools

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with SaaS or B2B companies
• Additional certifications in SEO or web development
• Experience with enterprise SEO tools
• Previous remote work experience
