Position Summary

In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing SEO and SEM strategies for multiple websites with the goal of driving traffic, increasing conversions, optimizing website performance, and implementing successful campaigns. You'll be able to work on our marketing team to ensure the success of our digital marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of SEO including website audits, identifying and resolving technical issues affecting website performance, on-page and off-page optimization, conversion rate optimization and content marketing.

  • Create and optimize content on websites including blogs, articles, and landing pages.

  • Manage all aspects of SEM campaigns including keyword research, ad creation, bid optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve performance and achieve campaign goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing team members to align on SEO and SEM strategies with overall marketing objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Proven technical SEO experience.

  • Proficiency in keyword research using tools like SEMrush or Google Keywords Planner.

  • In-depth knowledge of on-page optimization including how to optimize content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking to improve crawlability.

  • Knowledge of off-page optimization including link building strategy, outreach techniques, and managing backlinks to increase domain authority.

  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze traffic trends, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Previous experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) including keyword selection, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis.

  • Understanding of CRO principles and techniques to improve website usability, design, and call to action effectiveness.

  • Strong communication skills to share SEO/SEM strategies, findings, and recommendations across multiple audiences.

  • Ability to effectively manage at least 10 websites.
