The Senior Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the President & COO and executive team in achieving the company's strategic objectives. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A successful Senior Executive Assistant should excel in team collaboration, fostering a collaborative environment, and continuously improving processes. They should bring innovative ideas, thrive in dynamic environments, and find satisfaction in achieving goals. Mastering logistics, they manage complex calendars, predict and resolve conflicts, schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and identify top priorities.?They?lend their expertise in helping their executives?balance?professional and personal?commitments, ensuring attention to the most important workday in and day out. Additionally, they must enjoy and excel at leading and coaching a team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.

Compensation: Hourly/Non-Exempt
