The Oral Surgery Insurance/Scheduling Coordinator with Coastal Family Sedation Center is responsible for verification of patient insurance benefits, along with reviewing treatment plans for submission to insurance companies to obtain pre-treatment estimates. This position is responsible for communicating financial information to patients related to their surgical cost and submission of insurance claims to payers. Other duties include checking oral surgery patients at the front desk, answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments. This support is crucial to the delivery of the Company’s mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.
Requirements:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30a - 4:00p
Minimal Travel Required (not more than 1x/month): Lexington and Greenville offices (reimbursement will be provided)
