Job : Scrum Master

Location: Phoenix, AZ (day 1 onsite, Hybrid)

Requirement:

• Experienced with Scrum framework.
• Experience making teams accountable and motivated to strive for continuous improvement.
• Experienced in assessing how the team is doing and drive necessary actions to improve.
• Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team.
• Skilled in building relationships and navigating through organizations.
• Passion for driving teams towards high performance with a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills. A problem solver who succeeds in ambiguous situations and advocates for the best possible solution.
• Self-aware of cognitive biases and their impact on decision making, focused on the primary aim to build high performing teams, develop team members and outcomes that matter to customers.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree required and Agile Scrum Certification.

• 6+ years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence for work breakdown, tracking, reporting and documentation.

• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt their experience to new and evolving environments.
• Knowledgeable about various Agile methodologies and experienced in coaching teams.
