Scooter's Coffee in Gilbert, AZ is looking for up to three baristas to join our MORNING SHIFT and WEEKEND SHIFTs in Gilbert, AZ. We are located on 3038 E Queen Creek Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable and is looking for a fast-paced fun environment. OPPORTUNITY FOR RAPID PROMOTION with previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Must be willing to work early mornings, and as late as noon, including opening duties, also need weekend baristas.
• Prepare hot and cold coffee drinks, energy drinks, blended drinks, and teas in accordance with Scooter's Coffee standards
• Prepare food items for customers
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines, Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Occasional Sign Waving to drive new customers to the store

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
