What You'll Do:

Canvass targeted areas using advanced tools to identify prospects.
Scout residential properties for roofing and siding replacement opportunities due to insurable damage.
Conduct exterior property inspections and document damages (yes, you'll be on ladders!).
Present our value and services to homeowners with confidence and enthusiasm.
Generate leads, manage referrals, and maintain strong communication with customers.
Participate in regular and consistent sales trainings to keep growing.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in sales or business development (home improvement background is a plus).
A strong drive to succeed, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfort with door-to-door prospecting and a commitment to meeting sales goals.
Familiarity with CRM and canvassing software is a bonus.
A valid driver's license, clean background check, and drug screening are required.
