Role Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll recruit, train, and lead your own team to deliver our IT services to top-tier organizations. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving our ambitious goals and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and onboard new sales representatives.
Mentor and oversee a team of 5-10 sales reps, ensuring they achieve their targets.
Implement sales and marketing strategies that align with our goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Create a high-energy, collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM ET.

Requirements:
Home Office Setup: Private space with a door, high-speed wired internet (Cable or Fiber Optic), dual monitors, and a desktop PC running Windows 10 or 11. (No DSL, Dish, or laptops.)
Sales Experience: At least 5 years in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in IT or SaaS.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and Google Workspaces.
Management Experience: Previous leadership experience, including hiring and firing.
