In this role, you'll provide crucial administrative support to human resources and assist safety functions, managing tasks such as recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, and safety protocols. Dive into the details by maintaining meticulous employee records and supporting HR processes like employment, timekeeping, audits, and record-keeping. Your analytical skills will shine as you compile statistics for various HR management reports. Additionally, you may conduct pre-employment screening interviews, check references, and address routine inquiries on HR and safety policies.
*This position is an onsite role, requiring a presence in the office, and is not eligible for remote work.

Essential Functions
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience)
· Maintains strictest confidentiality in every aspect of work.
· Good interpersonal skills, good communications skills.
· Bilingual English / Spanish (Preferred).
· High School diploma required.
· Minimum 3 + years Human Resources experience necessary.
· Must maintain California Driver's License and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
· Flexibility working in an environment where processes and programs are still evolving.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Approachable, dependable, and willing to help.
· Good computer skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience with Paylocity, or any similar HRIS system (Preferred)
· Good organizational skills.
