We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Record Clerk. As a Record Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing and maintaining our company's records and documents. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and maintenance of physical and electronic records, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily retrievable
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of records, taking corrective actions as necessary
• Assist in the development and implementation of record management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and track record requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents
• Prepare and distribute reports related to record management activities, such as file inventories and storage utilization
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of records management processes and systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Proven experience as a record clerk or in a similar administrative role
• Strong knowledge of record management principles and best practices
• Proficient in using record management software and electronic document management systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
