Job Title: Family Law Attorney (Remote, option of in person)

Are you a dedicated Family Law Attorney with over 3 years of experience? Join our dynamic team! We offer the flexibility of remote work with the option to go in person.

Family Law Attorney Key Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, and adoption.
* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court proceedings.
* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
* Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
* Maintain a high level of client communication and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Family Law Attorney Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the Arizona Bar and in good standing.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
* Strong understanding of family law principles and procedures.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure.
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation.
