Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Work closely with the Sourcer.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to pre-boarding.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to develop employer branding initiatives.
3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the gaming industry.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions promptly.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the industry's landscape.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have: A background in human resources or organizational psychology.
