Schedule:

• Monday - Friday.
• 8am - 5pm.

We are looking for a Bi-lingual Recruiter in a fast past environment for a light industrial staffing company.

• Bilingual a plus.
• Full desk recruiter aptitude.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
• Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information, such as person's name, address, age, or state of residency.
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data.
• Ensure payment for services by verifying benefits with the person's insurance provider or working out financing options.
• Perform office duties, such as customer service inquiries.
• Review data obtained from interview for completeness and accuracy.
