Job Description

  • Evaluate viability of space for our clients. Discussing Rates, condition, and determining viability of a location for one of our major restaurant brands, Office, Coworking or Retal clients.
  • Helping our Franchisees understand the real-estate process, walking them through the steps to secure a space.
  • General Research using Costar(R), Loopnet, ICSC, Crexie, etc and/or other brokers to find locations nationwide working with brokers, agents and landlords via phone & email.
  • Demographics reporting with standard platforms such as Google, PlacerAI, ESRI, US Census or similar to run reports on income, population and business density.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, property owners, and other stakeholders to stay informed about potential opportunities
  • Managing various projects, scheduling appointments with landlords, coordinating travel, working with contractors, analyzing rental rates, bids, compiling location data, and general administration and tasks as assigned.
  • Virtual / remote visits with Teams, Zoom, Facetime to the locations to confirm it is the right fit for our brands
  • Work in our customized follow-up system to allow for all status, communications, forms, dates and updates to ensure the launch is on time and a plan if the plan slips to ensure on time completion and success.
  • Related activities include, but are not limited to, directly interfacing with clients, vendors, landlords, attorneys, contractors, owners, the sales team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate must
  • Ability to work independently but also follow instructions.
  • Customer service experience a must
  • Understanding of Offer Letters, Proposals and basic lease terms
  • Strong administrative computer skills with a belief in continued improvement
  • CRM/ Database entry (ACT, Salesforce, Costar, etc)
  • Self-motivated, team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.
