Looking for an Receptionist/Patient Experience Liaison who can support the clinical team in all administrative aspects of outpatient medical care.

Salary: $18-20/hour, but would consider higher for a more experienced candidate).

Responsibilities:

• Checking insurance eligibility and checking in patients
• Scheduling follow up visits needed after every patient encounter
• Managing and confirming provider schedules
• Uploading and scanning daily reports.
• Available to commute to and between 4 sites in Manhattan all accessible by public transportation.

Qualifications:

• Potential for growth into a management role.
• Must have strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service and working as part of a team are very important.
• Punctuality, a positive attitude and motivation to learn are essential for the role.
• Past experience in a customer-facing role and/or past project management experience is helpful.
• Must love people.
