Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for originating, analyzing, and servicing a variety of real estate loans for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate, analyze, and service real estate loans for clients, ensuring adherence to lending policies and regulations.
• Evaluate loan applications, conduct thorough financial analysis, and make informed decisions on loan approvals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
• Actively participate in business development activities such as networking events, seminars, and community outreach programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and timely closing.
• Monitor loan pipeline and proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed of the status of their loan applications.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions affecting the mortgage lending landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and industry professionals.
• Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to effectively prospect, negotiate, and close loan deals.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and mortgage loan origination systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
