• Effiziente Routen planen, Teile organisieren, das Fahrzeug beladen und zu den Kundenstandorten fahren, um tglich Serviceziele zuverlssig zu erreichen.
• Auergewhnlichen mobilen Service bieten und die Kundenerwartungen bertreffen.
• Kunden ber technische Informationen und allgemeine Fahrzeugnutzung informieren.
• Grundlegende Reparaturen durchfhren, einschlielich, aber nicht beschrnkt auf den Austausch von Innenraumkomponenten, allgemeine Wartung, Behandlung von Ladeproblemen, Durchfhrung von Alert-Analysen, Implementierung von Fieldservice-Aktionen, grundlegende Diagnosen und Karosserieanpassungen.
• Serviceauftrge unter Verwendung relevanter Anwendungen ausfllen.
• Mit einem Serviceberater zusammenarbeiten, um bei unerwarteten nderungen oder unvorhergesehenen Umstnden Folgemanahmen zu ergreifen.
• Sicherheitsanweisungen befolgen und alle spezifizierten Reparaturrichtlinien einhalten, um die hchsten Qualittsstandards zu erreichen.
• Eine Vielzahl von Hand- und Elektrowerkzeugen bedienen und sicherstellen, dass Werkzeuge und Ausrstung gewartet werden.
• Aufzeichnungen ber Zeit, Ausgaben und Materialien fhren.
• Servicecenter nach Bedarf untersttzen, eine kooperative Haltung und Teamgeist innerhalb des Teams frdern, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.
• Komfortabel mit der Alleinarbeit im Auendienst sein
• Ein individuelles Entwicklungsplan entwickeln und aufrechterhalten, kontinuierlich Wissen und Fhigkeiten erweitern, um mit sich entwickelnden Technologien Schritt zu halten.

• Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker , Kfz-Mechaniker oder Kfz-Elektriker .
• Fhigkeit, einen Laptop oder Computer in einer Windows-Umgebung zu bedienen.
• Fhrerschein der Klasse B.
• Ausgezeichnete Kundenservice- und Kommunikationsfhigkeiten.
• Fhigkeit zur eigenstndigen Arbeit und zur Zusammenarbeit im Team.
• Die Fhigkeit, Englisch zu lesen und zu sprechen, ist von Vorteil.
• HV-Qualifikationen sind ein Pluspunkt.
