Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides marketing and property listing support for Brokerage and Corporate departments, through the development of marketing collateral and digital communication deliverables, and the organization of property listing data. This position will also provide occasional administrative back-up support to other Assistants as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collaborate with brokers, brokerage team and property management team to create, edit, and manage effective and visually intriguing property listing marketing materials, including property flyers, social media posts and email campaigns.
  2. Posts, maintains, and tracks property listings on MLS websites, email platforms, and social media outlets (Commercial Brokers Association, LoopNet/CoStar, Crexi, Craigslist, Google Business, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, LinkedIn, Later App and Constant Contact/Mailchimp).

  1. Inputs and manages property listing data, ensuring all required listing details are acquired, accurate, and avidly maintained (Listing Data, Listing Expiration Dates, Listing Price Changes).
  1. Maintain social media sites and manage various campaigns, creating strategic and creative content as needed.
  2. Assist with the development of proposal packages, site tour packages and other various marketing collateral pieces.

  1. Orders the installation of property listing signage. Facilitates the ordering of signage repairs and replacements as needed.
  2. Assist in the collection and analysis of commercial real estate market data Bi-Annually for both the Mid-Year and Annual Market Review & Outlook.
  3. Assist in the design, development and ordering of print deliverables for all departments (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, folders, post cards, branding materials).
  4. Provides occasional back-up assistance to Brokerage Assistants when needed, including administrative support in a variety of capacities (telephone coverage, copier projects, mail handling and following-up on projects).
  5. Assist in any ongoing marketing and design projects as needed by the Marketing Director.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design. Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize and complete multiple projects at the same time with efficiency and accuracy to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative, enthusiastic self-starter who is intrinsically motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Publisher, and other graphics software such as Canva.
  • Aptitude and interest in social media, design, and technological trends. Familiar with SEO and social media management.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality. Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time, occasionally move about the office to access necessary materials, and operate a computer and other office machinery.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members, as well as be able to interpret instructions and exchange accurate information.
  • Must have sufficient visual and mental perception, which allows the employee to comprehend written work requirements, and determine necessary actions required to meet the finished product standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds and work in an office environment that may require walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and sitting for long periods of time.

Vacation - lump sum to begin the following month of hire to equal 10 hours per month. (3 weeks)

Paid Holidays - 9 paid holidays per year.

Sick Pay - 0.038462 hours of sick per hour worked (on average 10 days per year). Up to 80 hours carryover each year.
