You’ll be provided with a steady stream of leads, allowing you to hone your skills and build a strong foundation in mortgage lending. Responsibilities: • Lead Prospecting: Engage with a consistent flow of company-provided leads, developing them into qualified prospects. • Client Communication: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the mortgage process. • Conversion Focus: Leverage your prospecting efforts to turn leads into applications and, eventually, closed loans. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior loan officers, underwriters, and processors to learn the ropes and ensure a smooth client experience. Qualifications: • Eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals. • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. • Ability to obtain an NMLS license.
