ONSITE IN DOWNTOWN MILWAUKEE-NEW BUILDING

This role is responsible for assisting with the production of all creative assets that meet business needs. Will work closely with Marketing business partners and the creative team to ensure each project is successful, meeting objectives and delivered within time, cost, and quality parameters.

This is not specifically Digital Production work. They'll spend most of their day supporting Sr. Producers across all formats (Print, Social, Digital, Photography, Email/Web.)

• Lots of revisional work. It's fairly simple support work so we'd like to get somebody a bit greener (1-3 years of experience) who is very passionate about advertising and creative work.
• They will spend a lot of time supporting product marketing and field marketing teams, doing revisional work.
• Would love someone who has worked at an ad agency or creative department. More interested in soft skills or passion for creative than anything else. Collaboration, people skills and ability to take initiative are important as well.
• Will also provide support to the traffic manager.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• 2 or more years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team. Experience working within the financial industry (or for financial clients within an agency environment) a plus.
• General knowledge of social, print and UX best practices.
• Can meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ensure project quality by following visual QA processes.
