Human Resources Operations Manager

Duration: Permanent

Location: San Jose, CA

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• A minimum of 4-7 years related experience
• Solid understanding of employee compensation and total rewards programs
• Ability to create and conduct complex analytics using Excel and other tools as needed
• Must possess knowledge of HRIS such as Oracle, SumTotal, ECM and ATS (Jobvite)
• Proven ability to independently initiate and execute projects with keen attention to detail and deadlines
• Proven customer service, organizational and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, efficiently prioritize projects and embrace new challenges
• Extensive knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws and regulations as it relates to compensation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to multiple levels of the organization
• The desire to learn new technologies processes and retain such knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• MS Office experience is required
