HRIS Manager is available for a FULL TIME opportunity, but is requiring 3 days onsite/week in midtown NYC.
The HRIS Manager will oversee the company's HR systems, including UltiPro (or similar products), ensuring data accuracy, process integrity, and efficient user support. Responsibilities include strategic input to the HR Technology roadmap, maximizing functionality, managing user permissions, cleansing data, analyzing and improving workflows, handling data analytics and reporting, integrating HRIS with broader systems, and documenting business processes.
Collaboration with stakeholders to update HR processes and systems is crucial. The HRIS Manager will provide user training, develop documentation, identify process improvements, and coordinate with HR and IT for development projects. They will also focus on integrating HRIS with other company systems and participate in firm-wide technical projects. Building and maintaining interdepartmental relationships to ensure client service is essential.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems like UltiPro (or PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle, SAP – willing to learn Ultipro), and strong skills in reporting tools and SQL are required. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience in professional services and proficiency in MS Office, are essential. The ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality is also necessary.
