Coordinate resources of various departments to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Responsible for the financial management of the hotel, including budgeting, cost control, revenue management, etc., to ensure that the hotel's profitability targets are met. Service Quality Management Supervise the implementation of hotel service standards to enhance customer satisfaction. Organize regular staff training to improve staff service awareness and service skills. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner to maintain the hotel's good reputation. Marketing and Customer Relationship Management Formulate hotel marketing strategies to expand market share. Plan and execute all kinds of promotional activities to improve the hotel's visibility and competitiveness. Establish and maintain customer relationship management system to maintain good communication and cooperation with customers. Team building and personnel management Set up an efficient and professional hotel management team and clarify the responsibilities of each position. Develop employee performance appraisal system to motivate employees to work actively. Create a positive working atmosphere to enhance employees' sense of belonging. Safety and Risk Management Responsible for the safety management of the hotel to ensure the personal safety of guests and employees.
