Responsibilities: The Chief Engineer will oversee all property maintenance operations, including capital projects. The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager. Our ideal candidate should be a hands-on manager with strong MEP experience, with a focus on HVAC. You will manage the PM program, team, vendors and overall fiscal responsiblity for the engineering department. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
