Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights
• Deliver high-quality customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for service
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarkation procedures
• Serve food and beverages to passengers according to airline standards
• Address passenger inquiries and provide assistance throughout the flight
• Manage in-flight incidents and resolve conflicts professionally and calmly

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluency in at least one language in addition to English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capacity to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• Willingness to undergo training and certification as required by airline policies
