Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety at all times during the flight
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarkation processes
• Serve meals and beverages while maintaining high hygiene standards
• Respond to inquiries and provide information to passengers about the flight
• Conduct safety demonstrations before takeoff and during the flight
• Manage cabin comfort and assist with any passenger requests or needs

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
