Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs and concerns
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures
• Serve food and beverages to passengers on board the aircraft
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
• Respond promptly to in-flight emergencies and provide first aid if necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin during and after the flight

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles
• Willingness to undergo training and certification
• A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally
