Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing passenger needs and requests promptly.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and provide information about emergency procedures in the cabin.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the flight.
• Collaborate with the cabin crew to maintain a positive and harmonious working environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid passport.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in your native language and English.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with others.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude towards passenger interaction.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations with composure.
• Willingness to undergo training and adhere to safety and service protocols.
