Job Description

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. This role involves overseeing financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations.
• Coordinate and support external audits ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Manage cash flow including forecasting and liquidity management.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff providing guidance and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• MBA or CFA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
