We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Events Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the planning coordination and execution of various events both onsite and offsite. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about event planning and is looking to start their career in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of all aspects of events including logistics budgeting timelines and vendor management
• Set up and tear down event spaces ensuring all materials and equipment are properly organized and stored
• Help in the development and production of event materials such as invitations programs and signage
• Attend preevent meetings to ensure all details and requirements are understood and met
• Provide onsite support during events including guest registration directing attendees and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Assist in postevent activities such as gathering feedback analyzing event success and compiling reports
• Maintain an uptodate database of event contacts vendors and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in event management hospitality marketing or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problemsolving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other event management software
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as events may require
• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time during events
