Position Summary
The Email Marketing Manager will take the lead with email marketing strategies. Main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, creating acquisition and lapsed user strategies, managing email databases and consistent reporting on email program metrics. The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the Donatos brand email campaigns to inform current and new customers about new products and events driving sales for the brand (i.e., order conversions). The manager will also be responsible to enhance segmentation and help the brand deliver more relevant messages to the customer.
Ultimately, the manager should be able to promote our brand and ensure our customers stay in touch with our company updates, drives restaurant revenue through implementation of email marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; prepares marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; and plans and organizes promotional presentations.
