Job Responsibilities - Provide direct care and support to residents during overnight hours. - Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night. - Assist residents with nightly routines, including toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed. - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document appropriately. - Conduct regular rounds to check on residents and address any immediate needs or concerns. - Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may arise. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident activities, behaviors, and any significant occurrences during the shift. - Communicate and collaborate with daytime staff to ensure continuity of care and share relevant information. - Assist with maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including laundry and heavier housekeeping tasks. - Follow established protocols and procedures to uphold the standards of care and safety regulations. - Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to stay informed about best practices and policy updates. Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving or direct care role - Valid CPR and First Aid certification - Ability to lift at least 50 lbs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations - Ability to stay alert and responsive during overnight shifts - Reliable transportation to and from work - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions - Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation details: 15.3-17 Hourly Wage
