Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Media Specialist in Dallas, Texas. This role is the perfect opportunity for a talented media designer looking to embark on their first or second professional role. Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager and working with our VP of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will own and amplify our social media presence and provide valuable support to our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the ideation, design and delivery of digital media aligned with business goals

• Own the creation of social media posts, community building, and organic growth strategies on social media.

• Own the creation of print content (e.g. sales collateral, flyers, etc.)

• Work with the Demand Generation Manager to support the creation of strategic website content and design initiatives

• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media

• Work with Sales, Marketing and Leadership stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives

• Respond to and fulfill requests from sales for the creation of strategic collateral to assist with prospecting efforts

• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to maintain websites, Google Business profiles, and other digital channels.

• Monitor and maintain KPI performance

• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

• Leverage AI tools to support other organizational needs as they arise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts

• Attention to visual details and ability to create content that aligns with our brand identity

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practice

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

• Experience or strong interest in video production and editing is a plus
