Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Dallas, TX - (Near Plano) - Hybrid - Onsite 4 days a week

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the direct-to-consumer space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels including social media, email, and search engines.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure success and optimize marketing efforts.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Digital Marketing Experience
• Experience with both Klaviyo and Shopify
• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta advertising platforms and Google Analytics.
• Experience in social media marketing and email marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
