We are actively seeking a part-time or full-time Dental Hygienist who is highly motivated and compassionate to join our dedicated team. The Providers at The Dentists’ Office have been proudly serving their patients and providing the highest quality dental care in Fallon, Fernley, and the surrounding communities for over 20 years. Given our practice setting you will see and participate in a variety of cases and patients,  making our practice a rare opportunity . We promote an atmosphere of learning and collaboration.

• Start with competitive base pay of $55 per hour  plus a bonus structure .

Full-time hires enjoy a $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus: Receive a substantial sign-on bonus to welcome you into our dynamic team:

• 50% upon signing
• 50% upon completion of your 6th month within a 12-month vesting period

Your Contributions Matter: We highly value your expertise and seek candidates who:

• Hold a current NV dental hygienist license in good standing.
• Are BLS/CPR certified (we cover annual recertification fees).
• Laser certification (we'll cover certification upon hire if not currently held).
• Demonstrate knowledge of dental equipment, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
