Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Position Overview
The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Lead and manage a team of roofing professionals, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on the job site to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial roofing and construction management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
