Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Surgical Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in major OR procedures and possess the necessary certifications.

Duties:

• Provide support during major OR procedures, ensuring the sterile environment is maintained.
• Assist the surgical team by preparing and passing instruments and supplies.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and report any issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of scrub experience on major OR procedures.
• Education:
  • NBSTSA CST Certification (required; no other certifications accepted).
  • Primary Source Verification (required).
  • AHA BLS Certification (required).

Certifications & Licenses:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Certified Surgical Tech (000542)
• NBSTSA CST Certification (no other certifications are acceptable)

Languages:

• English (Speak, Read, Write)

Schedule Notes:

• Rotating weekends and holidays are required. Workers must commit to the schedule provided by the facility.
