Location: Tampa, FL

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week or Full-time, 4 to 5 days per week: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic cosmetic & plastic surgery healthcare team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients through all phases of surgical procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and create individualized anesthetic care plans.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Continuously monitor patient vitals and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary to maintain patient stability.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anesthesia care in patient records.
• Participate in post-operative care and recovery of patients, ensuring a smooth transition from anesthesia to recovery.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CRNA.
• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
