Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain multiple QuickBooks files by accurately entering transactions
- Reconcile various accounts, including bank and credit card accounts, in QuickBooks
- Audit vendor and customer accounts to ensure accurate accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare precise financial statements
- Gather necessary documentation to ensure transaction accuracy
- Support small businesses in achieving their financial goals through consistent assistance and timely reminders

Requirements:

- Associate's degree (2-year)
- QuickBooks Online certification
- Experience maintaining multiple QuickBooks files for various companies
- Strong typing skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in writing and editing correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:

- Bachelor's degree (4-year)

Work Schedule:

- Start with 15 hours per week, with potential for growth

Compensation:

- $22/hour
